  2. Jenny (4 Girls and a Goal) is wonderful at motivating us (and others) to keep going to the 6 am classes even when we don't think we can. She texts us with updates on our goals and reminds us to log our times. She even coordinates other activities that the four of us can do so that we can keep having fun while working towards our goal of getting fit. 19. Jenni (Up and Down the Rivers) is a great team captain because she organized a team spread out over three of Iowa's area codes. 20. My team captain, Sue Almen-Whittaker, is the best...I'm convinced. She is the epitome of health. Her cube is full of all the gadgets a good fit person should use. For instance, she has a big ball chair so sitting for longer periods of time is good on her back. She has a sort of elliptical thing that sits under her desk so she can work out while sitting. She walks to work instead of riding the bus. She also sends us motivational emails. It isn't all about winning our competition with another workgroup in our department, but it is about the healthy reasons...the competition doesn't hurt either. Sue is awesome and a great model, not just for other employees, but also her children. Way to go, Sue!!!
