Today is the official start date for the Live Healthy Iowa Challenge! It’s time to strap on your shoes, step on that scale, and start cheering on your teammates to make healthier lifestyle choices.

ReplyDeleteStarted day 1 by running 5 miles on a treadmill at the CRWC. Also using the app "Lose It" to track calories and "RunKeeper" to track running. It is really nice that RunKeeper can be automatically linked into the Live Healthy dashboard. Worked great!
