I love having spinach in my morning protein smoothie and doing squats while I brush my teeth! Sneaking nutrition and fitness into my day works for me! :)
ReplyDeleteHow I stay healthy is by reading articles and research about health and nutrition, and also by having an exercise accountability partner! My best friend and I check in with each other to make sure we're staying on track. Help and support of friends makes staying healthy that much easier!

ReplyDeleteI've found that the best way for me to stay motivated is to be accountable to someone or a group. I also like reminders. I'm a big note person for everything in my life, so daily reminders and text messages keep me on track and motivated.
