Live Healthy Iowa: 10 Weeks of Fitness and Fun!



This week starts Live Healthy Iowa! Give yourself a pat on the back for making such an awesome, life-changing decision to participate.

  28. DeniseFit participants already exercise at a minimum of 5 hours a week. Our goal is to double that time in exercise! We are not counting daily steps and regular movement. Our goal is to increase our cardio and resistance training and participate in a few 5Ks and of course yoga!
