ReplyDeleteKim Walton is the captain for Team Weenie. Sometimes she send me pictures of giant chocolate bars. It's like she's testing my willpower. Must be working, because our team is killing it in both weight loss and activity. Go Team Weenie! And thanks for getting the team together Kim... :-)

No matter what happens, she always says, at least you are trying, if you keep trying it will be ok.

When I am down, Kristi reminds me just how far I have come- over 75 pounds down in a little over a year- with a lot of the extra success added by this challenge. She will be my captain long after this endeavor is over.

DeleteJust wanting to brag up on our Team Captain of the Lean Queens! Keeley Carter! Keeley has an amazing spirit about her! She is a person who leaves nothing out. She will tell a person the truth in a very caring way, even if the truth might hurt a little. She is not afraid to embrace change and she is sure embracing it now with a change in her eating habits and also changing the eating habits for her family to some degree. I often hear her talk or post pictures of taking her two daughters to the park or to physical activities like water parks, swimming, etc...things that are fun, but yet help get exercise in. Our team is all located within the department and Keeley is very supportive of everyone on their quest to re-gain some health while un-gaining some pounds! I nominate my coach and wonderful friend, Keeley Carter for Great Team Captain! -Joellen Jepson
