Eating more fruits and vegetables. Also, more exercise, even if it is a few minutes of walking around town.

We have increased our daily activities including taking the stairs whenever possible.

I am really using this as a springboard to put my health goals at the top of my priority list!
ReplyDeleteI upgraded my FitBit to the Charge 2 and am now using stairs more as well as being at the CRWC twice a day (before work and during lunch break). Sara (Booking it at the Libraries)
ReplyDeleteMy team has established a lunch time walk once a week so that we all get up and move during the day.

My team started doing Yoga 1x per week over our lunch hour together. We have also shared the group fitness schedule to participate in classes over at the FH.
