Check out this fun event with your team or co-workers....

National Wear Red Day will kick start American Heart Month in a colorful way tomorrow! Join UI Heart and Vascular Center and the Fun Photo Booth outside Wild Rose Gifts (Elevator E, Level 1) between 11:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. to have your picture taken in your red attire on Friday, February 1st. Bring your friends and coworkers for some photo fun too.

Where are the 2013 LHI UI teams?

Live Healthy Iowa 2013 is back. This year launches a new timeline of 10 weeks, motivating and challenging us all to get moving in a more timely manner.

To help everyone know who they will be competing against, let us know your team name and where you are at within the University of Iowa. Please comment by January 28th at noon.

A random prize drawing of $5 gift card to Subway (provided by Live Healthy Iowa) will be given to five people that submit their team and location.
