Day 1: Let's Get It Started!!!

Today is the day. Day 1 of the 100 day journey! Strap on your shoes, get out the scale, and start cheering your teammates as we make healthy improvements together.

This week, our goal is to track our physical activity and nutrition for 5 days. We would like to challenge you with the same goal and would love to hear your experiences with this. Tracking can be done on the Live Healthy Iowa Dashboard.
