  3. Started going to 6AM classes instead of classes after work that can be put off due to a busy day. There's no excuse to miss class at 6AM.

  12. We are setting small goals for our team each week. This week it is to add 15 additional minutes of activity and to drink 6 8-oz. glasses of water each day.

  13. We are getting together for a photo and a healthy potluck on the 13th. Several of us participate in a daily resistance band workout at work. And we are in a weekly competition with another team in our office to see who has the most activity.
