Day 1 of LHI 2014!!! Welcome!!!


Today is the official start date for the Live Healthy Iowa Challenge! It’s time to strap on your shoes, step on that scale, and start cheering on your teammates to make healthier lifestyle choices.

Share with us what you and your team are doing to “jump start” the 10-week Challenge.

EVERYONE who submits a comment below will receive a FREE jump rope!

When leaving a comment, please include your first name AND team name.  (To leave a comment, click the drop down box and select "Anonymous'. Leave your first name and team name within your comment so we can connect with you about your prize! Your name will be visible by others reading the blog.)

  121. Started day 1 by running 5 miles on a treadmill at the CRWC. Also using the app "Lose It" to track calories and "RunKeeper" to track running. It is really nice that RunKeeper can be automatically linked into the Live Healthy dashboard. Worked great!
