It’s back! 2018 LHI



The Live Healthy Iowa 10-Week Challenge starts TODAY, January 22nd!

Setting goals is essential to making health behavior changes. What’s your goal for the LHI 10-Week Challenge? Everyone who shares will receive a liveWELL reflector!

  37. Coming off a rotator cuff surgery and being limited on an exercise program, my goal is to walk 10,000 steps at least 5 days a weeks. Additionally I need to drink a lot more water.

  70. I try not to look at my phone before bed. I usually read a little and say a set of prayers. I then can relax and clear my mind of all things during the day that are stressful. I usually sleep all night.
