  16. Susan / Team Eatsalot
Susan is a terrific captain. There were so many people that wanted to be on her team that we had to create 2 teams - Eatsalot Blue and Eatsalot Green. She goes beyond what most captains would do. She creates a weekly neswsletter with a very professional look. Each newsletter has an interview with one or more of the team memebers from both teams and plans to get everyone interviewed before LHI is over. She tries to highlight some little known fact about each member, asks what they do for exercise, and of course as our name implies, what our favorite food and restaurants are. She motivates us to get exercise by scheduling outings for lunch where we walk from the UIHC to downtown. This has given us the opportunity to get to know team members we otherwise don't take the time to chat with very often. She also tracks everyone's time and reports on our standings in the newsletter. We all have our own secret code name for these charts. She's a little demanding but incredibly fun to have as a captain!
