Protein Power!

Did you know…

  • On average, Greek yogurt has twice as much protein as regular yogurt.
  • It’s possible to consume too much protein.
  • Excess protein is either stored as fat, excreted through waste, or used for energy.

    I cover the top of a banana in peanut butter. I'm sure that is one reason I am not losing a bunch of weight.

  6. Egg white on multigrain flatbread with lots of veggies and a little Dijon mustard at Subway for lunch. Fage nonfat Greek yogurt with Kashi Go Lean mixed in.
